Currently, we are seeking qualified candidates for a Quality Systems Analyst opening to join our Global Quality Management organization.

Day to Day

Deliver consistent quality systems user experiences through data quality management, scheduled data uploads & monitoring of system performance. Drive continuous improvement through scoping, implementation, verification and evaluation of new data feeds and system enhancements.

What You Will Do

Create requirements documents for intake of new data sources
Monitor scheduled processes/jobs during weekly/monthly system updates
Establish data quality management plans to ensure data accuracy and normalization of data
Collaborate with Business Leaders and Quality Data Analysts to develop requirements to meet reporting needs
Implement corrective and preventive action plans to ensure accurate on time reporting managing through issue lists
Coordinate evaluation process for system enhancements and major system, reporting, and system automation changes
Utilize your understanding of systems to provide the best practices and use cases for tool/system capability
Provide support in development of training and global communication materials
Establish provisioning and role-based access solutions

What You Need to Succeed

Proficient use of analytics tools/ systems including:
Analytics and modeling suites - SAS, IBM SPSS, SAP BOBJ
Text Analytics - Clarabridge, SAS, SAP HANA, etc
Visual Analytics Tools - SAS Visual Analytics, IBM Cognos, SAP Lumira
Testing Mgmt - HP Quality Center
Project Management/team member and change management experience with IT software project implementation preferred
Experience or exposure to (and or ability to learn/execute) system administrative functions specific to assigned system
Basic understanding of quality metrics and financial reporting (product failure rates, MFG Quality Metrics, Warranty financial measures)
Six Sigma/Lean tools
Language skills a plus (Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German)
Knowledge of consumer goods/manufacturing/service industries
4 year BS Degree, preferably in Computer Science or Business Analytics
0-3 years experience can include internships and co-op.
