Customer Account Representative (Italian/French)

Purpose and Summary of position:
Responsible for supporting perfect order fulfillment within the order to cash processes to ensure customer satisfaction, yet the responsibility of interacting with the external customers stays within CAR role. Order to cash includes pricing administration, order entry, customer service/problem resolution, billing coordination, collections and master data maintenance

 

CUSTOMER SERVICE

 

  • Overall support of Customer Service related daily tasks 
  • Order entry and order management as per requirements
  • Maintain customer records information 
  • Folow up on different reports : Delivery Block/ Billing Block Order reports, Incomplete Order reports, Business specific Order Cockpit, GTS block report
  • Order cockpit upload monitoring

 

PRICE COORDINATION

 

  • Perform the diversified customer pricing applications in SAP including price entry, price changes, maintenance of list pricing and execute mass price changes
  • Support communication about pricing to the CAR and sales management

 

PROBLEM RESOLUTION

 

  • Process billing related adjustments (return, credit/debits.)
  • Analyze data to support the identification and elimination of the root cause of related exceptions
  • Supporting the Quality Notification process by receiving customer complaint, and entering into SAP/QM. Coordinate swift resolvement of the complaints

 

OTHER

 

  • Directs new business opportunities to correct Inside Sales/Marketing contacts
  • Responsible for supporting all customer queries and requests for product literature, reports, paperwork, quality and product stewardship information
  • Document repository
  • Second Check Procedure
  • Ensure compliance of department to safety targets, ISO, Sarbanes Oxley, regulatory compiling of the relevant data and documentation, BL specific process support
  • Business specific team meeting attendance
