Job Summary


Candidates must be bi-lingual in English and Spanish (fluency to conduct business in both English and Spanish). The Customer Service Rep provide front line support for customer order entry, order expedites, and order expediting, quoting, returns, price/availability. This position can be based in either Fort Mill, SC or Mexico City, Mexico

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic tasks usually under direct supervisor, or within well-defined procedures
  • Use standard technology to complete assigned tasks necessary to perform the job at the minimum acceptable level.
  • Assists at the department level in completing various routine tasks
  • Performs tasks at the tactical level. 
  • Has some discretion and judgment regarding work methods, but work is subject to review. 
  • Compile data and prepare reports in standard format
  • Assists at the department level in completing various routine tasks
  • Contributory to department's financial goals as defined in work tasks.


Requirements

  • Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • 1 - 5 years in customer service
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Strong computer skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Strong written and oral communications
  • SAP quote and order experience is a plus but not required
