Determines how resources are allocated within area of accountability. - Typically accountable for development and adherence to a departmental budget. - On a day-to-day basis, leverages resources within area of accountability to execute plan May build and maintain relationships with constituents outside Company to support business needs. - Interacts with other departments to coordinate activities. ·Has responsibility for making decisions and managing risks that could have significant but short-term impact on the assets of the Company - Makes decisions using detailed analysis, integration and constructive thinking.
