External Job Description. <p><strong><u>Job Duties:</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Coordinate human and capital assets to assure customer satisfaction and safety and quality standards are achieved in the most cost effective manner</p> <p>Initiate and drive improvement in all areas through Lean Manufacturing, ISO, and TPM processes, principles, and techniques.</p> <p>Coach and mentor employees toward personal potential in a world-class manufacturing environment</p> <p>Ensure Key Performance Indicators (Safety, Lean, EHS, Quality, Lead Times, and Productivity) support the plant goals and objectives.</p> <p>Develop and maintain an atmosphere of mutual trust, respect, and positive employee relations through open and frequent communications</p> <p>Ensure that leads are communicating vital information as part of their shift transfer process.  This detailed transfer will be used to hold leads and their departments accountable for mistakes.</p> <p>Complete daily CETEC exceptions</p> <p> </p> <p><u><strong>Educational Requirements</strong></u></p> <p> </p> <p>B.S. Engineering or advanced technical degree required.  Must have a minimum of two (2) years experience in a leadership role with a proven ability to lead and manage change in a manufacturing environment.</p>
