The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a brand new team as a Graduate Fulfilment Analyst.  The team will create a faster and more streamlined process for request fulfilment, sitting above each team that are engaged with the request fulfilment process.  You will provide onsite support for physical records management, becoming the subject matter expert in a specific technical area, consulting on development and operations. The Fulfilment Analysts will become part of a strong team who are a source of knowledge, technique, or expertise for the subject.  As customer requests are received, The fulfilment analyst works to meet the demand following all policies and procedures in place at Maersk.

  • Creates and reviews technical documentation (such as user guides, training manuals, and system specifications) prior to distribution to end users
  • Manages physical records and performs archive management
  • Performs document management activities including document control, Enterprise Document management services, Intranet content management
  • Follows requests from inception to successful conclusion.

Skills and qualifications

  • To be truly successful, an individual must be able to perform each duty above.
  • A graduate with a desire to join a global company and work in fast paced service management.
  • Knowledge of the principles of inventory control and operations management a plus
  • Experience with spreadsheet and database technologies.
  • Self-motivated, fast learning and able to build upon learned concepts as new information is obtained.
  • Ability to define problems, assimilate data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills
