The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to support the Team Leader of a brand new Fulfilment team.  The team will create a faster and more streamlined process for request fulfilment, sitting above each team that are engaged with the request fulfilment process.  You will provide support for the team leader and team who are responsible for onsite support of physical records management. 

The objectives of the role are:

  • Supports the creation of technical documentation (such as user guides, training manuals, and system specifications) prior to distribution to end users
  • Manages physical records and performs archive management
  • Performs document management activities including document control, Enterprise Document management services, Intranet content management
  • Follows requests from inception to successful conclusion.

Skills and qualifications

To be truly successful, an individual must be able to perform each duty above.

  • Knowledge of the principles of inventory control and operations management.
  • Able to form and foster professional relationships across all levels, both internal and external to the organisation
  • Experience with spreadsheet and database technologies.
  • Self-motivated, fast learning and able to build upon learned concepts as new information is obtained.
  • ITIL Intermediate Certification desirable
  • Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Good level of competency with metrics and reporting
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills
