The new organisation will service the entire Group on Infrastructure services and will enable the Group to have consistent and efficient delivery of IT infrastructure services, and an increased ability to accelerate key improvements such as IT security.

The role

An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead a brand new Fulfilment team.  The team will create a faster and more streamlined process for request fulfilment, sitting above each team that are engaged with the request fulfilment process.  You will provide leadership for this team who are responsible for onsite support of physical records management.  The Fulfilment Analysts will become a strong team who are a source of knowledge, technique, or expertise for the subject, and you will help shape them for success.

The objectives of the role are:

  • Applies expertise to support the organisation's vision and strategic direction
  • Play a lead role within ‘Raise IT Once’ by co-ordinating expectations, requirements, timelines, and deliverables throughout process, including support through build to run activities
  • Translates subject matter terminology into business terms and recommends alternatives
  • Creates and reviews technical documentation (such as user guides, training manuals, and system specifications) prior to distribution to end users
  • Leads the team to provide excellent customer experiences.
  • Manages physical records and performs archive management
  • Performs document management activities including document control, Enterprise Document management services, Intranet content management
  • Follows requests from inception to successful conclusion.

Skills and qualifications

  • To be truly successful, an individual must be able to perform each duty above.
  • Knowledge of the principles of inventory control and operations management.
  • Full understanding of the ITIL Request Fulfilment process
  • An understanding of scheduling, and MRP techniques.
  • Strong stakeholder skills
  • Able to form and foster professional relationships across all levels, both internal and external to the organisation
  • Ability to make existing systems work to their fullest with the flexibility to manipulate information outside the system when necessary.
  • Experience with spreadsheet and database technologies.
  • Self-motivated, fast learning and able to build upon learned concepts as new information is obtained.
  • ITIL Intermediate Certification and/or experience working with ITIL-based processes
  • Strong commitment to customer service and teamwork
  • Ability to work independently and cooperatively in a diverse group
  • Familiarity with business process improvement
  • Project Management Certified
  • Good level of competency with metrics and reporting
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedures. Ability to effectively present information, both orally and in writing, and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, and customers.
  • Ability to define problems, assimilate data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
  • Possess strong organisational and time management skills
