- Must be available to attend and successfully pass a fourteen (14) weeks full-time training program.
- Available to work a variety of days, evening & overnight shifts, as well as weekends and statutory holidays.
- Bilingual (English and French).
Customer service experience within a call center environment and previous travel industry experience would be considered an asset.
Ability to find creative solutions to complex customer situations.
Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision in a fast-paced environment, while effectively managing multiple tasks.
Working knowledge of computer applications and internet is an asset.
Conditions of Employment:
Must be able to work flexible shifts that include days, evenings, overnights, weekends and statutory holidays in a 24/7 operation.
Eligible candidates must hold a high school leaving certificate, be a Canadian citizen (or have landed immigrant status).
