German speaking Customer Service Representative

Mission: Service for customers within Order-to-cash processes, performing assigned duties according to standards of Kennametal Customer Service. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Service within the complex Order-to Cash process
  • Quote preparation
  • Orders opening in SAP
  • Ensuring correctness of orders with reference to customer forms
  • Resolving problematic issues with the respective Escalation Team
  • Meeting targets in a timely manner
  • Complying with the relevant procedures and requirements to secure legal and financial interests of the company
  • Supporting marketing promotions in the scope of assigned duties
  • Continuous qualifications improvement and skills development through self-education and active participation in trainings
  • Carrying out directives and instructions of the supervisor 

Requirements:

  • Master’s or bachelor’s degree
  • Fluent in German and good knowledge of English
  • Ability to effectively communicate verbally and nonverbally
  • First experience in sales or customer service is a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Good knowledge of SAP system or other ERP system
