As Product & Campaign Manager, you will set and implement country portfolio direction for Vegetable and Specialty Crops in line with territory strategies.  You will deliver this strategy and enable profitable market share growth. For maximizing profit for the Vegetables & Specialty Crops portfolio, you will lead development and execution of integrated customer/ campaign plans, ensuring consistencies across indications and crops by influencing buy-in across business functions. You will act as a contact point for territory functions on Vegetables and Specialty Crops portfolio for APAC and global alignment.  Key will be your ability to develop marketing capability and talent within your team. 




With a minimum of 10 years of solid Sales and Marketing experience in the Agribusiness in Japan market, you will be responsible for operational marketing aspects for Country (e.g. SOP, Pricing etc.). You will lead development of 5-year country portfolio strategies for Vegetables and Specialty Crops to enable profitable market share growth and get consensus on priorities and resource plans.

If you have strong Crops and agronomy knowledge with a focus on Customer / Channels in Japan Market, and bring great influencing skills with managing multiple stakeholders (Marketing, Business operations, R&D and finance), you will be ideal fit for what we are looking for.  You will need excellent communication skills in both English and Japanese.
