About This Job: 

  • Work under close supervision of Business Representative / Area Manager, implement retailor sales strategy and demand creation to influencing farmers or retailers for achieving sales targets. The job requests good relationship built with key retailers and big farmers.

  • Manage county retailors’ sales in, consumption, display. Most of Promoter should report back with scan project.

  • Implement sales plan and achieve sales target in retailers.

  • Under the Business Representative/Area Manager guided, conduct new products launch, execute the market campaigns and send back the reports.

  • Convince farmer for trails and implement demand creation with exited solutions. Photograph the trails for demand creation or send to request departments if needed.

  • According to Business Representative tailor-made PPT of crops and company products in respective area, present PPT in demand creation.

  • Support Business Representative to conduct farmer meetings to introduce Syngenta solutions.

  • Fengda retailer management in build up the business relationship and collect Fengda retailers information in respective area.

  • Maintain the Syngenta Experience Centre with regularly updating the decoration.

  • Conduct monthly reports as requested. Conduct field intelligence reports to area manager / business representative on time.
