About This Job:


This role will report to Area Manager, Shanxi and West of Shandong.

The Accountabilities of this role are,

  • Support sales objectives by influencing growers to purchase products
  • Provides market intelligence and territory opportunity information, maintains CRM data as part of the process
  • May advises partners on presentation of products and promotional materials, Identifies customer needs to the sales organization and/or partners
  • Has basic product knowledge
  • Receives direction and assistance from Manager or more experienced Demand Creators in non-routine matters


Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Requires developed specialized skills, or a breadth of skills, through job-related training and considerable on-the-job experience


  • Bachelor diploma or equivalent

  • 管理乡镇零售商的进货、消化和店面陈列管理等,绝大部分业务员需要用扫描项目反馈相关数据。
  • 执行零售渠道的销售计划达成销售目标。
  • 在业务代表或小区经理的指引下,执行新产品上市工作,执行市场推广活动,根据要求反馈市场活动数据。
  • 说服农户,对已有的作物解决方案进行田间试验。拍下田间试验的效果图,应用于田间推广工作,或提供给相关部门。
  • 根据业务代表制作好的负责区域内的作物和公司产品的PPT,在需求拉动中演讲诠释。
  • 在业务代表或小区经理的指引下,向农民会介绍公司作物解决方案。
  • 实施丰达店的客情维护,收集丰达农户信息并上交。
  • 维护先正达体验中心,定期更新相关的宣传品及陈列。
  • 完成每月的销售报表。实施田间信息收集汇总,并按月报告给区域经理、业务代表,以汇总给客户市场部。



  • 农学,市场营销及其他相关专业



  • 2年以上农业行业相关工作经验
