Responsible for leading demand generation of hand sales force and promotion of strategic / dealers with key farmers, support to key stores (Summit program) to achieve consumption figures of your local partners.
Ensure that product have available and displayed in retail outlets and have knowledge of inventories
Constant and fluid communication with Rep. For sale strategic partner in order to be aligned.
Ensure proper implementation of programs Retail
Define sales targets by RTC / ATC based on the budget of the area.
Validate farmers routes and route.
Define and validate action plan, activities, plots demos and picnics in the mass market.
Follow up, support and coaching in the implementation in the day.
Carry performance indicators by RTC / ATC and give feedback.
Schedule and lead the meetings of its subzones with SE and equipment RTC / ATC.
Define routes based on attention to farmers, monitoring storage rooms and accompanying RTC / ATC
Communicate the Syngenta strategy; product positioning, technical messages to farmers (1ª1 activities or mass), warehouses and other key influencers in the area
Manage market information, sales, inventory and competition.
Plan and document their weekly activities in salesforce.com.
Implement marketing campaigns designed for the area.
Participate in planning meetings and monitoring the area.
2 years experience in similar positions with general knowledge of the culture and crops with which it will work.
Experience in crops of responsibility: works with different crops such as rice, corn, cocoa, sugar cane and vegetables
