About This Job:

Support the Regional Asset Strategy & Siting Manager on the following:

·         Develop, implement and maintain a CP FPP strategy for the region which supports the individual product supply chain strategies and which meet global objectives and regional / local needs for both in-house and for Third party

·         Manage the Capital Spend and budget in the region

·         Manage the 5 Year Capacity vs. gap plan and mitigation actions in link with other functions in the region, and engage in the regional validation / input for the GSOP

·         Product siting

Essential Knowledge & Experience:

·         Must have knowledge of manufacturing and supply chain

·         Knowledge in Supply network optimization and capacity / supply demand planning will be added advantage

  • Must be familiar with manufacturing and supply chain finance concepts and general business processes
  • Has a deep knowledge of the APAC region and is familiar with the Crop Protection Business

·         About 10 years of in a manufacturing and/or supply chain environment

·         Ability to asses and manage multiple competing priorities at the same time

·         Business knowledge and ability to interpret business needs into an manufacturing asset / technology strategy and supporting activities

·         Ability to manage projects

·         Ability to communicate and manage risks

·         Operational excellence mind-set – looking to build a sustainable continuous improvement organization

  • Understanding of basic finance concepts including cost-to-serve
  • Qualifications:
  • Degree in engineering, science or operations management (Chemical Engineering / Chemistry degree preferred)
  • Fluent in English

  •          Regional Travel between 20% - 30%
