About This Job: 

  • Ensure execution of Strategic Market Sector (SMS) plan for profitable market growth of the territory

  • Actively manage the lifecycle of the fungicide portfolio for sustain growth

  • Overview the branding strategy for fungicide portfolio to enhance the customer experience

  • Develop 1 year fungicide campaign plan for CU (Commercial Unit) execution

  • Collaborate and communicate with region and global key stakeholders on strategic planning and initiatives

  • Lead Product Leadership Team(PLT)  to manage portfolio lifecycle in line with global and territory CP strategy, especially New Product Introduction

  • Provide input into development of strategic brand and launch plans guided by global. Evaluate portfolio gaps and lead discussion to fill gaps with 3rd party products.

  • Provide mid-term market analysis and planning through lens of strategic market sector including (data input to planning systems (eg 5 years formulation forecast); communicate to relevant In Territory and Above Territory stakeholders).

  • Provide strategic guidance of the marketing 4P's (product, place, pricing, promotion) to campaign management in all CUs and agree high level tactics to ensure brand strategy implementation. Set high level product campaign objectives and KPIs

  • Provide pricing leadership to CU for brands following value pricing and guidelines from AT (above territory) with the support of available pricing tools.

  • Regularly engage with customers and CU colleagues to develop market knowledge and customer insights through market research

  • Develop team marketing capability and collaboration spirit through coaching and learning from each other.


Essential Knowledge & Experience:

  • Min. 10-15 years of sales and marketing working experience in the Agrochemical industry



  • Significant background and/or education in crop agronomy or related field

  • Fluent communication skill in both Chinese and English

  • Strong learning capability
