Be a part of the Lawn and Garden business responsible for preparing marketing plan with setting clear business direction/ strategy and development plan to ensure robust business growth of respective business unit (Turf, Landscape Management, Professional Pest Management), and make sure strategy implementation through good market / competitors understanding, with clever promotional activities.
As L&G Marketing Manager, you will robust mid to long term marketing and tactical plan with brand strategy and product development plan to ensure sustainable business growth to realize global and APAC business strategy. You will lead L&G-Controls in business operation cycle with the accurate sales forecast, timely reflection into S&OP system taking tight supply solution into consideration to make sure maximum capture of sales opportunity with timely product supply
With a minimum of 5 years expertise on marketing (distribution, customer needs, product information, competitors) in competitive and dynamic environment. Recognised as a A-Player and marketing expert who is capable to use market research effectively to understand customer, markets, channels will ensure success and certainly career growth as Syngenta look to grow significantly in Japan L&G market. Demonstrated working experience in a strategy marketing role will be required to ensure execution of Marketing strategy and team management to achieve positive results for the business.
