A great and unique opportunity has arisen to become a Key member of the Syngenta Supply Operation team in Tokyo, Japan.

As a Tolling Manager/ Lead, you will manage tollers (>15 vendors) to ensure supply of goods to meet demand forecasts having material plants worked out and closely coordinate with  commercial team to fill the gap if any. You will collaborate with production technology team to ensure to tolling design and plans are consistent with sourcing and registration regulations. As well as, Manage inventory at tollers including materials left to be optimum level and ensure all the operations compliant in line with trade & customs and other compliance requirements and improve points if audit raises concerns. You will work closely with direct procurement and production technology team to manage tolling vendors to achieve best cost performance.

With a minimum of 3 years core Supply – Logistics and MRP (S&OP, demand management, planning, customer service, distribution and warehousing) experience  and good understanding of the customer market, supply flow, product range and its specifications, and bill of materials. Knowledge of ERP and overall understanding of e-business and data warehouse and general financial knowledge. Successful experience in leading stakeholder management and internal/ external negotiation as well as understanding of the international business environment. Commercial experience is an advantage.
